Domios Terms of Service
Version 1.0 (terms-1.0). Effective: 23 October 2026.
These terms govern your use of Domios accounts, paid plans, and the online services that support Domios (the "Services"). The Domios software itself is licensed to you under AGPL-3.0-only (see Section 4). By creating an account, signing in, or buying a plan, you agree to these terms; the sign-in page tells you so and links to them.
1. Who we are
Domios is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Kovalev (ინდივიდუალური მეწარმე ანდრეი კოვალევ), Georgian identification number 302218142, registered by the National Agency of Public Registry, Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us"). Contact: g.andry90@gmail.com. We offer Domios worldwide.
2. Accounts
You may use Domios without an account on the Free plan. An account is required for paid plans, Mesh enrollment and some online features. You sign in through Google, Facebook or email using Firebase Authentication. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services, if that is higher. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Services. Only adults who can enter a binding contract may buy a plan.
3. Plans
- Free: no charge; limits on the number of workspaces, agent tabs, Teams and Mesh machines.
- Pro: a paid subscription that removes those limits.
- Sponsor: everything in Pro, plus a Sponsor role in the Domios Discord and priority support, for people who want to support development.
Current limits and prices are shown in the app and on the website at the time of purchase.
3.1 How plan access works
Paid access is granted only by an entitlement that our servers sign. The app checks it against a public key built into official Domios releases. The app refreshes the entitlement when you sign in, when you return to the app, and after checkout. A signed entitlement stays valid for up to 24 hours; if the app cannot reach our servers, it keeps working on the last valid entitlement until it expires, and then falls back to the Free plan until it can refresh.
3.2 Items over a limit are locked, not deleted
If your plan ends or changes and you have more workspaces, Teams, tabs or Mesh machines than the Free plan allows, we never delete or hide them. The oldest items up to the limit stay usable; the newer ones are locked. You can still see a locked item, but you cannot use it until you upgrade or close older items. Upgrading unlocks everything.
4. Software license
The Domios source code is free and open source software under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 only (AGPL-3.0-only; see ../LICENSE). The license governs what you may do with the code; these terms govern accounts, plans and Services. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights the license gives you.
5. Acceptable use of the Services
When using the Services, you must not:
- forge, alter, replay or share entitlements, verdicts or account credentials to obtain unauthorized access to the Services, or let people outside your subscription use them;
- probe, overload or interfere with our servers or other users' machines, or access them without authorization;
- use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, or distribute malware.
6. Payments, renewals, cancellation and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and your purchase contract is with Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms; if these terms conflict with the Paddle Buyer Terms on payment, tax, refund or chargeback matters, the Paddle Buyer Terms prevail. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns.
Refund policy: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or of any renewal by contacting Paddle (paddle.net) or us. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as described in the Paddle Buyer Terms. After that period, cancellation stops future renewals and fees already paid are not refunded, except as required by law or these terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time through Manage subscription in the app or Paddle's emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid access until then.
- Refunds, taxes, invoices and statutory withdrawal rights (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers, where it applies) are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email to your account address; the change applies from your first renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal.
7. Mesh and relay
Mesh connects machines you enroll in your own account. Your machines connect to each other directly, over a network you provide (for example your own Tailnet or LAN); Mesh traffic does not pass through our servers. Our servers store only each enrolled machine's published endpoint and pairing records so your machines can find and authorize each other. You are responsible for which machines you enroll, the network you use, and what you run on them. The number of Mesh machines depends on your plan.
8. AI agents, Blueprints and your machine
Domios runs AI agents, commands, schedules and Blueprints on your machines with your operating system permissions. They can read and change files, run programs and send data to the services they use. You choose what to run and you are responsible for what your agents, Blueprints, plugins and schedules do, including their effects on your systems, data and third parties. Review what you run.
9. Third-party providers
Domios works with third-party AI tools and services such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex and others, and with plugins. You use them under your own accounts and their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, output or charges. Third-party product names are trademarks of their owners.
10. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. Your prompts, terminal output, files and memory stay on your machines; we do not receive them except where you send them through a feature that says so, such as installation reports and opt-in analytics described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services. If a change negatively affects your access to or use of a paid feature in more than a minor way, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may terminate your subscription free of charge within 30 days of the notice or of the change, whichever is later, with a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused period, processed through Paddle.
12. Disclaimer
The software and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the statutory conformity rights for digital content and services under EU law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent harm, or to any other liability that cannot be limited by law. For consumers in the EU/EEA and UK, this cap does not apply to our liability for failure to supply the Services or for lack of conformity under mandatory law.
14. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. To delete your account, email g.andry90@gmail.com and ask for deletion; we will delete the account and associated personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which explains what the law requires us to keep. Cancel any active subscription first; deletion ends paid access without a refund except as the Paddle Buyer Terms or law provide. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, in particular Section 5, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where the breach can be cured. We may also end the Services for everyone on at least 60 days' email notice. If we terminate other than for your breach, we refund prepaid fees for the unused period through Paddle. On termination, paid access ends; locally stored data on your machines is not affected.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for a valid reason: to reflect changes in law or regulatory requirements, security needs, changes to our features or Services, or to prevent abuse. Each version carries a version number and effective date and is published at https://domios.dev/terms. For changes that are material or that negatively affect you, we will email you at your account address at least 30 days before the effective date, explaining the change and your rights. If you do not agree, you may terminate your subscription free of charge at any time before the effective date or within 30 days after you receive the notice, whichever is later, and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the unused period. If you continue to use the Services after the effective date without terminating, the new terms apply. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before the effective date.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or any other country whose consumer-protection law cannot be waived by contract, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live; you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country, and we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of that country. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, handles payment disputes under the Paddle Buyer Terms.
17. Contact
Our single contact is g.andry90@gmail.com. Send all questions, requests and legal notices to that address; a notice is received when it reaches that inbox. We send notices to you by email to your account address or in the app.
